The artist that I looked up this week in MOCA is Mirsad Mehulic.  He is an artist from the mid 21st century and has some of his work posted in galleries in New York. He also favors oil on canvas and oil and glass paintings.

    Looks like a traditional watercolor rather than a digital work... Mid 20th century? (1950's)
