The artist is Rick Woodward.Rick Woodward is an awarding winning artist and the youngest inductee into the Louisiana Folklife Hall of Fame as a Master Louisiana Folk Artist. His art has been described as spiritually moving and reflective of the colors in nature. Inspiration for his digital art is drawn from historically traditional abstract artists.

With this picture I used the glowing edge effect. I loved the effect it gave this picture.
