Trouble with line rider

Hi I am having a hard time understanding this assignment.  I have been watching the video and trying it out and I cant figure out how to save it and up load it.

    Saving it is all about the 2nd half of the assignment... to download and use Hypercam to record the action on your screen... then upload that file to youTube....
