This work is called "Adam's Rib who identifies himself with the past, a self thought computer graphic artist with a painting, sculpting, and music background. His paintings in my opinion are very mysterious in color and meaning.
He says that his approach to art has a style that no one has attempted before and that his medium of choice is Photoshop.
Looks like an illustration for a YA Sci Fi book.
